• 12×12 Box stall with mats, fans, and lights

• Stalls are cleaned daily and shavings added as needed to keep bedding in pristine condition

• Full-size 20x60 dressage arena

• 20x40 covered with lighting and sprinklers

• Two hot/cold indoor wash racks

• Several grooming bays

• Daily turnout in large grass pastures

• Hay & Grain morning and evening; additional hay servings as needed

• Blanketing in the winter

• Two climate controlled tack rooms

• Full training and/or lesson program required for all boarders
